When Eater set out to refresh their visual identity ahead of their app launch, they brought me in to photograph 40 of New York City's most essential restaurants. I handled all shoot logistics and restaurant outreach from the ground up, developed the creative direction from a light brief, and shot and edited every image in the series, producing a cohesive body of work across an enormous range of spaces, cuisines, and environments.
